AstroAI offers 2-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders with 2+ items (applies to most products). Orders below this threshold will incur a $6.99 shipping fee.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Generally, it will take 2-5 business days for shipping. However, due to COVID-19, orders may experience delays. You can contact us via support@astroai.com

How to apply for return & exchange?
A . Please login to your AstroAI account.
B . Find the order and product you are not satisfied with.Then, go to the “SEE MORE” menu and select “return” or “replacement”.
C . Please fill in the specific application form and provide us with the required information.
D . Our service team will send you a reply within 24-48 working hours once we have received your request.

When will I receive the refund?
After your refund request is approved, for orders paid by Paypal, the refund will be back to your PayPal account within 3 business days. For credit/debit cards, the refund will usually be paid to your account within 10 business days depending on the processing time of your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund within the time frames above, you can contact us at any time and we will be happy to check on the status of your refund.

You made an order with a registered account:
If you have registered on our website, you can check your order number through Profile-All Orders.
Our system will always send a confirmation email when an order is successfully placed. Please check your email box.

Our system will always send a confirmation email when an order is successfully placed. If you didn't register before ordering, don't worry, please check your email box.

What does my order status mean?
How do I track my order?
A.Choose "Support" at the top of our homepage. Select "Order Tracker" in the drop-down menu. Then, fill in your order number and email address. You will be able to see your order status.
B.Log in your account on the AstroAI site. You will be able to see your order status in your order history.
You can also contact us via support@astroai.com if you need any help on tracking your order.
Note:If your order status shows "Complete", but you haven’t received it. Please contact us at support@astroai.com. We're happy to help check what happened and get it solved.
How can I cancel my order?
You can apply to cancel your order before it goes to "Processing".
How can I change my order address?
If you place the order with a wrong address, please cancel the order then place a new order with the correct address.
I am not able to use my coupon code.

What if I received a product missing or damaged parts?
There are two ways for you to get the missing parts. You can choose the way you like.
A.Find your order with missing/damaged parts and select "Accessories" under the "SEE MORE" menu. After you fill out the required info, we will arrange delivery to you as soon as possible.
B.You may also choose to contact us at support@astroai.com if you receive an order with missing or damaged parts. We will send the missing parts to you from our warehouse ASAP.
